The Catral 2023 Ruta De La Tapa means you get the opportunity to visit 24 different bars and restaurants to try out their food offering while enjoying a drink. The Catral Tapas Route 2023 dates are Saturday, 21st October, and Sunday, 22nd October, running from 11.00 a.m. through to 4 p.m. each day.
We really enjoyed the Benijofar route the other week, so this is another we want to take part in.

Each location will offer its chosen tapas, and you can choose a soft drink or cana or a Quinto ( a 20ml bottled beer ) to wash it down with.
Getting Around the Catral 2023 Ruta De La Tapa
With 24 different tapas to choose from, the order in which you visit is totally down to your personal preference. Some people follow the route by numbers, but there’s no need to do this, and you might find that with your knowledge of Catral that you can make your own way around to minimise the walking.
Of course, there is no need to visit all 24 locations; you might choose those whose tapa catches your eye!
There is also a train going from bar to bar, which is a great way of visiting as many locations as possible in the quickest possible way!
Irrespective of which way you go around, you’ll be sure to have fun.
By the looks of things, there are plenty of different tapa dishes available to try, including a take on a Cornetto at kebab Manolo, Los Candiles are offering a Gloryhole (I’m saying nothing more on that one!) to the mixed platter at Punjabi Versa, (which last year was excellent) and there are three of the locations doing their take on Solomillo based dishes. These are Bar Cristina, El Burladero and Bar El Parque.
We will do a full write-up based on the places we visit, and if this year is as much fun as last year, it will be a great day out.
