OVERVIEW:

  • Value: €45 per household (3 vouchers of €15 each)
  • Eligible recipient: First registered resident of each household
  • Participating shops list available at: www.pilardelahoradada.org

COLLECTION PERIOD: Starting Monday, October 28, 2024 until vouchers are exhausted

USAGE PERIOD: October 28 – November 24, 2024 (inclusive)

COLLECTION POINTS: (ID required and Declaration Form must be signed)

  1. Town Hall (Plaza Campoamor)
    • Monday to Friday, 08:00-14:00
  2. Cultural Center (Calle Carretillas)
    • Monday to Saturday, 09:00-14:00 and 16:00-21:00
  3. Tourist Office (Plaza Campoamor)
    • Daily, 09:00-14:00
  4. Campoverde Office (Plaza Florida)
    • Monday to Friday, 08:00-14:00

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must:

  1. Be registered as residents before January 1, 2024
  2. Maintain residency until June 1, 2024
  3. Be 18 or older before January 1, 2024
  4. Have valid ID (DNI, NIE, or Passport)
  5. Be current with all tax and social security obligations
  6. Have updated personal information in the Town Hall Register

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Budget: €274,570.00 (funded by Diputación Provincial de Alicante)
  • Available vouchers: 18,303 (for first 6,101 eligible households)
  • This aid must be declared as capital gains in 2024 tax return
  • Beneficiaries must sign a Declaration of Responsibility confirming compliance with tax obligations

PARTICIPATING BUSINESSES MUST:

  • Be current with Tax Agency obligations
  • Be up to date with Social Security payments
  • Have no outstanding payments to TGSS
  • Be in good standing with Pilar de la Horadada Town Council

For establishments with a retail space larger than 300 m², the maximum allowed workforce between January 1 and December 31, 2023, is 12 employees.

The following business categories are excluded from this campaign:

  • Group 646: Tobacco and smoking accessories retailers
  • Section 647.5: Food and beverage vending machines (excluding tobacco)
  • Section 652.1: Pharmacies selling medications, health products, and personal hygiene items
  • Group 655: Fuel and lubricant retailers
  • Section 969.6: Amusement arcades and gaming establishments

Vouchers can be used as payment for any goods and services at participating establishments within the Pilar de la Horadada municipality that meet these requirements.
