Flatbread at Urban Coast

The Delightful Urban Coast Cafe

HeyDaveHere, August 28, 2024August 28, 2024

We never got the chance, sadly to visit the Urban Coast Cafe when they were in Santa Pola, but as soon as they announced they were moving to Quesada, we said we just had to go give them a visit. We have followed the progress since they took over the old Rolling Pin premises and modernised and revamped the place.
There is plenty of outdoor seating both roadside and also on the back terrace.

What We Had Urban Coast Cafe

Drinks.

I had the milkshake of the day which was a white chocolate shake. Very, very tasty, and with the added marshmellows and cream was very decadent. So much so, I managed to squeeze a second in.
Soph went for a diet Coke.

Food.

We both chose a flatbread, for our food choice. Soph going with the chicken with lime and garlic. I decided on the chicken with a sriracha mayo. We shared a side of the hand cut fries, which were actually round not the traditional fries, but were nicely cooked and seasoned.

What We Liked Here

Great service, the team worked very well together to ensure a smooth flow to the lunch service. Staff were all very polite, friendly and welcoming.

What Could Be Improved

There is nothing at all that could have made our lunch visit better.

How Much Was Lunch

All in all the bill came to € 29.30

Drinks; My milkshakes were € 4.50 each, Soph just had one can of Coke which was € 1.80.

Food; Both the flatbreads were € 7.50 each, the side of handcut fries were an additional € 3.50

We both left feeling full, so this was great value for money.

Would We Return To The Urban Coast Cafe Quesada

Oh yes, this is a wonderful find and the menu has something for everyone. The food is tasty, the milkshakes are impressive and the service is very good. What more could you wish for? With some healthy options on the menu, this is a great eatery to visit.

How To Find Urban Coast Cafe Ciudad Quesada

If you know the town at all, it’s just by the arches, along the street and go past Yorkshire Linen, and it’s next door to Quesada Bowling.
If you don’t know the area, come from the AP7 into Quesada, around the roundabout where the masYMas supermarket is and slowly head up the high street, but just before the arch is a tiny filter lane to turn left. Take that left turn and you’re on the right road.

They do also have an active Facebook page here, so you can check their latest posts.

Their address is calle Los Arcos 17 , Ciudad Quesada.

This is the link to their Google Maps, so you can pinpoint where they actually are, ideal if you visiting the town.
