Flamenco At Costillas Locas

Flamenco At Costillas Locas What An Amazing Night

HeyDaveHere, October 1, 2025October 15, 2025

As my sister was across, Soph booked us in on Tuesday evening for the Flamenco at Costillas Locas. Two things sprang to mind here, one was I was missing the Champions League football, and second, it’s been years since we saw Flamenco ( probably when we lived in Andalucia was the last time ).

We first visited here in May and we were very impressed then. It’s important to mention that the live music and Flamenco at Costillas Locas is only available on Tuesday and Friday from 8:00 PM.

What We Had

Drinks

I was driving tonight, so it was me having the Coke Zeros, of which I had a couple of cans. The girls decided to have Tinto De Verano and had a couple of jugs. I will add here that they shared these, not a couple each!

Food

We decided to have a starter to share, just so we had something to nibble on, while waiting for the main course.

We chose Costillas Locas’s sharing platter. This is a charcuterie of cold meats and two different cheeses, padron peppers, Iberian croquettes, and salad.
This was really well presented, tasty, fresh, and we all enjoyed it.

For the main courses, I had the bacon cheeseburger, which came with salad and fries, and I opted to double up the burger. It was very filling, the burgers were seasoned, and I enjoyed it. To be honest, after having this, I’d not double up if I had a burger again.

My sister went for the Costillas Locas burger ( bacon, goats cheese, fried onions) but stayed with the regular size. She really liked her burger, like the texture and flavour.
Soph had a rack of ribs with a baked jacket potato, this was on there ‘All You Can Eat Rib’ offer. Lovely and tasty, with lots of meat on the ribs another filling dish and definitely don’t need a second rack.

Desserts

By this time, I was so full I declined a dessert, but the women both had saved room for something to finish with. They both went for the Chocolate Fondant, which was nicely presented and full of chocolate taste.

What We Liked

I’m actually breaking this down into two sections, so we can cover both aspects of this Flamenco at Costillas Locas visit.

Entertainment.

Amazing, passionate, enthralling, entertaining…. I could go on and on.
The dancers were great, the young lady showed true emotion and passion, and the guy showed the energy. The musicians backing them were really enjoying themselves and just added that little extra.
The most amazing voice I have heard in years though, was the guy with glasses, who stunned everyone with his singing. Such a powerful voice, that was incredibly moving to listen to.

Food, Drink & Service.

The food was lovely as usual, we had a great starter to share, then our mains. Service was a little bit slow at times. We tried to get attention to order more drinks, but it was on the 4th attempt that someone noticed us, but this wasn’t a big issue. I need to add that the place was full of customers, all timing their meal to be just before the entertainment began, so the slight delay was completely understandable.
At the end we were offered a chupito, which was a nice touch.

What Could Be Improved

We were allocated table 13, unlucky for me, as my only view was a pillar. I had to crane my neck backwards, almost into the face of the woman on the table behind me, or lean over our table, which meant I was then blocking out my sisters view.

What It Cost

Final bill for our Flamenco at Costillas Locas night out was 105.75€

Would We Return For Another Night Of Flamenco At Costillas Locas

Yes, but not on table 13! It was a really enjoyable night and the entertainment was excellent. If you want to see a great Flamenco show, give this a try!
